The instant bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.194 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 351(2), 352 of B.N.S., Police Station Matsena, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 3. As per prosecution case, in brief, the victim lodged F.I.R. on 10.09.2024 for the alleged offence under Sections 74(1), 351(2), 352 of B.N.S. against the applicant making allegation inter alia that on 10.09.2024 at about 01:00 PM, when she had gone to attend the call of nature at the agricultural field of Kalicharan then the applicant who was already present there, caught her and started molesting.
