Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State. 2. The instant bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 212 of 2024, under Sections 64, 333, 352 of B.N.S., Police Station Ughaiti, District Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 3. As per the prosecution case, in brief, victim who is a married lady herself lodged a first information report on 03.09.2024 for the alleged offence under Sections 74 and 333 of B.N.S., 2023 against the applicant making allegation inter alia that when her husband had gone to Delhi for work and she was alone in the house, on 30.08.2024 at about 08:00 P.M., the applicant barged into her house and molested her. 4.
