The instant bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 410 of 2024, under Sections 87, 71, 352, 351(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Bithari Chainpur, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 3. As per the prosecution case, in brief, victim lodged F.I.R. on 01.08.2024 with regard to an incident alleged to have been taken place from 04.06.2024 to 26.07.2024 for offence under Sections 87, 71, 352, 351(2) of B.N.S., 2023 against the applicant making allegation inter alia that on 04.06.2024 applicant took her with him to Chandigarh and committed rape on her for about two months. 4.
