Chauhan, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record. The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicants- Mohd Wasim and Mohd. Nadim, seeking bail in Case Crime No.524 of 2024, under Sections 3/5/8 of the Cow Slaughter Act, P.S. Mundapandey, District Moradabad. In the prosecution case it is alleged that applicants along with the co-accused have been caught along with the scooty and the remains of slaughtered cow progeny, one axe, two knives as well as other weapons. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants are alleged to be putting the remains in a pasting bag. From them, no remains of cow progeny have been recovered. Applicants are in jail since 16.10.2024. The offences are triable by magistrate. There is no public witness to this recovery. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the
