It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to enmity. It has also been submitted that no specific role of firing on the injured has been assigned to the applicant. There is only one firearm injury on the leg which is on non-vital part of the body.
