The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant- Lalta Prasad Alias Chhota seeking bail in Case Crime No.391 of 2024 under Section 8/18/29/60 NDPS Act, Police Station Bhamora, District Bareilly. In the prosecution case it is alleged that on the basis of secret information received by the informant the applicant and the co- accused have been arrested. From the personal search of both the accused 1.5-1.5 kg opium is alleged to have been recovered from the polythene bag kept in their right hand. The recovery has been made in front of the Gazetted Officer.
