The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 439 of 2024, under Sections 103(1) BNS, Police Station Naini, District Prayagraj, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged against unknown person and according to the FIR on 5.7.2024 at about 11 pm in the night on the mobile phone of the informant, his brother in law made a call and informed him that some unknown person caught him and they will commit his murder and thereafter, his mobile was disconnected. 5.
