The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0594 of 2024, under Section 140(1), 103(1), 3(5) & 61 (2) BNSS, Police Station Baghpat, District Baghpat during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 7.7.2024 against the applicant and five others and some unknown persons and according to the FIR, on 6.7.2024 at about 2.00 PM in the afternoon co-accused Ajay had taken the son of the informant Himanshu Sharma from his house and thereafter he along with applicant and others abducted him and in the night at about 10.30 PM mother of co-accused Ajay, i.e., co-accused Smt. Sundari informed the informant
