This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Arjun Urf Ghantura , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 120 of 2024 , under Sections 5/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Etah. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 7.4.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per FIR version, country made tamancha was recovered from the possession of applicant. The Tamancha has been falsely planted upon the applicant. There is no independent eye witness from of the alleged recovery. Applicant has criminal antecedent of 08 cases and in all cases applicant is on bail and there i
