The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.588 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Antisocial Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station-Sasani, District- Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to extraneous consideration. He next submitted that according to the gang chart, two criminal cases are shown against the applicant and in the said cases the applicant has been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. It is next contended that apart from the cases mentioned in the gang chart, the applicant is involved in two ot
