The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Aslam, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 55/2024, under Section 3/5/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station-Manikpur, District-Chitrakoot. In the prosecution case, it is alleged that after the complaint of the informant, the police party received information from the secret informer that three persons are standing near Jhari Phatak and are about to escape. On this information, all the persons were stopped and searched and from possession of the applicant, one tamancha 315 bore, two live cartridge 315 bore and other articles were recovered and on the pointing of the applicant and the co-accused, cow head and remains were found.
