This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Om Shankar, seeking enlargement on bail in Special Criminal (N.D.P.S. Act), Case No. 417 of 2012, Case Crime No. 189 of 2012, under Sections 18/20 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Juhi, District- Kanpur Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 12.09.2024. In the aforesaid case the applicant was granted bail by this Court on 07.02.2014. He submits that after being released on bail the accused-applicant was regularly appearing before the Trial Court for about 10 years till 16.11.2023, but due to his counsel's severe eye (cornia)
