The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Rajesh Yadav, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 74/2024, under Section 3/5A/5B/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, Police Station- Chakarghatta,District-Chandauli. In the prosecution case, it is alleged that the police party received information from the secret informer that some cattle smugglers after purchasing the cattle at cheap prices are about to sell them for slaughtering in Bihar and West Bengal. On this information, all the four persons caught in Jungle and 19 cattle were recovered in pity condition. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that no scientific evidence or laboratory report
