The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant Pramod Yadav @ Minna, with a prayer to release him on bail in GST No. 588 of 2012 arising out of Case Crime No. 439 of 1997, under Section 2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station North, District Firozabad during pendency of the trial. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Cases shown against the applicant have satisfactorily been explained, the applicant is on bail.
