Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 275 of 2023, under Sections 302 I.P.C., Police Station Maudarwaza, District Farrukhabad, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The FIR was instituted against one Ramesh regarding suspicion that he might have committed the murder of the son of the informant who had gone for grazing the animals on 02.06.2023 at about 11 a.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6. The applicant is not named in the FIR.
