This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Dheeraj Alias Lakki, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 39 of 2024 , under Sections 318 (3), 336 (3), 338, 340 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66D of the Information Technology Act, Police Station Cyber Crime, District Firozabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 5.10.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that FIR was lodged against the unknown persons. The co-accused Pitamber and Virendra Singh have been granted b
