The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No.403 of 2024, under Sections 317(2), 317(4), 317(5) of B.N.S. and Section 3/25 Arms Act, P.S. Najibabad, District Bijnor. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity with the police. There is no independent witness of the incident. The alleged recovery of one pistol 315 bore and two live cartridge 315 bore and other articles is false, there is no witness to this recovery. The offences are triable by magistrate. Applicant has previous criminal history of three cases except the present case and all the three cases have been explained in para 3 of the supplementary affidavit filed in support of the bail application excep
