The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 139 of 2023, under Sections 147, 34, 302, 201 IPC, Police Station Gwaltoli, District Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 10.8.2023 against the applicant and others and according to the FIR on 7.8.2023 at 11 am in the morning, applicant has taken the cousin brother of the informant, from his home and on the way other named accused persons also joined him but cousin brother of the informant did not return and on 9.8.2023 at about 12:00 in the noon his dead body was recovered near the river bank. 4.
