It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that an unknown body was recovered by the police on 12.2.2019 and after postmortem, the same was cremated. It is further submitted that after cremation, body was identified by the informant by photograph and clothes of the deceased. No FIR has been lodged in any police station for a long time. Thereafter, an FIR was lodged in the month of July, 2019 by filing application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.
