The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 182 of 2024, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Cantt., District Varanasi, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 16.5.2024 against the applicant and according to the FIR, on 16.5.2024 at about 4:00 am in the morning, applicant caused injury upon the son of the informant through wooden stick and due to the assault made by him, he died. 4.
