This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Uvaish , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 198 of 2024, under Sections 318 (4), 338, 336 (3), 340 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 (1) (d) Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station Jahanganj, District Farrukhabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 8.10.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that 25 live ox was recovered while transporting them from the applicant. No beef was recovered from
