Heard Shri Prashant Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Arimardan Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of the case. The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, Uday Singh @ Dudhnath with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 163 of 2024, under Section 8, 20 and 29 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Jigna, District-Mirzapur. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 50 kg of Ganja alleged to be recovered from the possession of the applicant.
