This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Kaushal Kumar @ Kaushalendra, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 207 of 2024, under Sections 74, 351(2), 352, 333 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station Barhan, District Agra. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number due to previous enmity and is languishing in jail since 14.09.2024. He has criminal history of one case, in which he is on bail, which is stated in para no. 10 of the bail
