The present bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Badde @ Ramratan with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 145 of 2024, under Section 08 of 2020 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Kabrai, District- Mahoba. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 25 kg and 100 gram Ganja in the form of green leaf and branches is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant, which is not come under the definition of N.D.P.S.
