This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicants, Samson Samuel, Bikash Kumar Moi and Rakesh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 908 of 2024, under Sections 3 and 5(1) of Uttar Pradesh Prohibition on Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021, Police Station Highway, District -Mathura. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the accused- applicants are innocent. They have been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and are languishing in jail since 22.09.2024. They have no criminal antecedent, which is stated in para no. 41 of the bail application and there
