By means of the bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 222 of 2024 at Police Station- Malpura, District- Agra under Sections 302, 34 IPC. The applicant is in jail since 16.06.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 26.07.2024. The following arguments made by Sri Narendra Singh Chahar, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Sunil Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the first informant and Sri Suchit Tandon, learned AGA for the State from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1. The FIR was registered on 15.06.2024 by the police authorities on receipt of information that an unclaimed dead body was lying near the Rohata canal. 2. Upon inspection of the dead body, mobile phone and documents were recovered. The deceased was identi
