The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 531 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(1) Ka B.N.S., Police Station Ramgarh, District Firozabad during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged against three accused persons (non applicant) and according to the FIR co-accused Aashiya, the wife of the deceased committed the murder of the deceased along with two other named co-accused persons. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant was not named in the FIR but during investigation through the statement of co-accused Aashiya, she has been made accused in the present matter with the aid of Section 61
