Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.212 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 307, 302 I.P.C., Police Station- Thana Bhawan, District- Shamli, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The FIR was instituted against the applicant and eight other accused persons alleging that they had assaulted the informant and several other persons, thereby, causing injuries to six persons in all and one of them had succumbed to the injuries the same day. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 6.
