The instant second bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Session Trial No.427 of 2019 arising out of Case Crime No.299 of 2018, under Sections 302, 504, 34 IPC, Police Station Indirapuram, District Ghaziabad, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant and his first bail application has been dismissed on merit by Hon'ble Dinesh Kumar Singh-I, J. vide order dated 19.10.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.16048 of 2020 but as His Lordship has demitted his office, therefore, the instant second bail application is listed today before this Bench. 4.
