This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Dinesh Alias Jhappa, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 206 of 2007, under Sections 25 Arms Act, Police Station- Kurra, District- Mainpuri. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 07.10.2024. In the aforesaid case the applicant was granted bail by this Court on 22.09.2008. He submits that after being released on bail the accused-applicant was regularly appearing before the Trial Court, but since 26.02.2024, he was not appearing before the court below.
