Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.240 of 2024, under Sections 302, 201, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station- EcoTech-3, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The case of applicant is at par with co-accused person Khadhag Singh @ Khan Sahay who has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 5.12.2024 passed in Criminal Misc.
