Heard Smt. Swati Agrawal Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.453 of 2024, under Sections 302, 34, 120-B IPC, Police Station- Kotwali Shahar, District- Bijnor. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that neither the name of the applicant was mentioned in the F.I.R. nor he was seen in the C.C.T.V. footage. Due to mala fide intention his name was disclosed in 161 Cr.P.C. statement of the informant. Though there are two previous antecedents against the applicant but in one case he was granted bail by the learned Court below and in the other acquitted by the Juvinile Justice Board. The applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated
