The applicant is in jail since 24.01.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 16.08.2024. The following arguments made by Shri Ram Om Vikram Singh Chauhan, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Shiv Om Vikram Singh Chauhan, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Paritosh Kumar Malviya, learned AGA-I from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1. The deceased disappeared in the evening of 15.01.2024. 2. No missing report was got registered. 3. The body of the deceased was discovered near the bank of a canal at the information provided by one Shankar Lal on 16.01.
