This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C., has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Sunil Khadaga, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 259 of 2024 under Sections 307, 414, 420, 467, 471 I.P.c. and section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station-Nai Mandi, District-Muzaffarnagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He is languishing in jail since 21.06.2024. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number. First Information Report has been lodged on 21.06.2024 against the applicant and other accused persons with regard to an incident taken place on 20.06.2024.
