This bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been moved on behalf of accused- applicants- Sabiya and Ayesha, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 116 of 2024 under Sections 3/5A/8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Section 11 Animal Cruelty Prevention Act and 7 C.L.A. Act, Police Station-Kotwali City, District-Mirzapur. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the accused- applicants are innocent; they have been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and are languishing in jail since 29.09.2024; First Information Report was lodged against the applicants and 27 other persons; the applicants are house wife having two sons;
