Matter No. 04 of 2024, under Section 8, 22, 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985, Police Station C.B.N. Lucknow, during the pendency of the trial in the Court below. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this very case and is completely innocent.
