By means of this application, the applicant is seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.39 of 2024, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station- Salempur, District- Deoria. 3. As per prosecution story, the informant Anil Singh lodged an FIR to the effect that on 25-1-2024, at around 4-30 pm, applicant and Shyam Bahadur took the first informant's nephew Nitesh Kumar Singh son of Ashok Singh with them to Salempur and stayed in Salempur till late night. The applicant- Dashrath, Shyam Bahadur, Angad and other unknown people together murdered the first informant's nephew Nitesh Kumar Singh in a wheat field near Devpar village. 4.
