By means of this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., applicant- Sohit, who is involved in Session Trial No. 36 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime No. 850 of 2023, under Sections 376 AB I.P.C. and Sections 3/4 (2) of POCSO Act, Police Station Chandpur, District Bijnor seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. Deepak Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and learned counsel for the complainant. 3. As per the prosecution case, in brief, the complainant who is mother of the minor victim, lodged a F.I.R. on 23.11.2023 for the offence under Sections 376 AB I.P.C. and Sections 3/4 (2) of POCSO Act against the applicant making allegation inter alia that on 23.11.2023 at around 7:30 'O' Clock her daughter, aged about 13 years with her brother aged about 7 years had gone to bring leaves from the compound (Gher). As soon as sh
