The present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant Dilshad @ Dilla under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 107 of 2024, under Section 3(1) Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Rehar, District Bijnor, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 3, two criminal cases bearing Case Crime No. 116 of 2023, under Section 379 IPC, Police Station Rehar and Case Crime No. 75 of 2024, under section 457, 380, 411, 413, 414 I.P.C., in which applicant has been enlarged on bail
