This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Ashish, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 857 of 2024, under Sections 299, 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3, 5 (1) U.P.
