This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Mukesh Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 263 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of the Cow Slaughter Act and section 11 of Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station Chandauli, District Chandauli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 26.10.2024. Criminal history of only one case i.e. Case Crime No. 134 of 2022, u/s 354, 452, 323 I.P.C. and section 3/4 of POCSO Act, P.S. Chaubeypur, Distt. Varanasi in which applicant has been released on bail and bail order dated 16.02.202
