FIR of the present case was lodged on 22.07.2024 at 18:25 hrs. and according to the FIR, on 21.07.2024 at 4:30 in the evening, husband of the informant had gone alongwith applicant and however, in the night applicant returned but husband of the informant did not return and on 22.07.2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the evening his dead-body was recovered from a drain. 5.
