The present bail application has been filed by accused- applicant- Kailash Babu seeking bail in Case Crime No.250 of 2024 under Section 8/15 NDPS Act, Police Station- Bhamaura, District- Bareilly. In the prosecution case it is alleged that on the information of secret police informer, the police arrested the applicant and co- accused. From the personal search of the applicant, 10 kg doda is alleged to have been recovered from the bag of the applicant. The recovery has been made in front of the Gazetted Officer.
