This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant-Shailendra Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.824 of 2020, u/s 498-A, 302, 323, 504 IPC, P.S. Gola, District Gorakhpur. 4. This is a second bail application. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 17.8.2023 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 16322 of 2021. 5. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 17.10.2020 by Jogendra Kumar against the applicant and six other persons alleging therein that his sister Kismati was married to the applicant on 7.6.2012 and the accused persons after two months of marriage started taunting her for less dowry.
