The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0369 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 125, 61(2), 103(1) BNS and 25, 27, 30 Arms Act, Police Station- Mubarakpur, District- Azamgarh, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that totally on the basis of false allegation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with four others. 4. He further submitted that admittedly applicant was not the person, who caused injury to the deceased and as per prosecution witnesses, fire-arm injury was caused to the deceased by co- accused Suresh Dubey. He fur
