Vishnoi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Pawan Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. for the State. This is second bail of the applicant. First bail application of the applicant was dismissed on 08.11.2023 directing the trial court to conclude the trial within one year. Before the trial court only 10 prosecution witnesses out of 36 have been examined. Applicant is in jail since 14.08.2023. He has no previous criminal history. He was not named in the first information report. He has been implicated on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions. Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, complicity of the accused; submissions of the learned counsel for the parti
