The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 151 of 2024, under Sections 103(1) BNS, Police Station Ahraura, District Mirzapur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 28.7.2024 against unknown person and according to the FIR, dead body of the mother of the informant was found in her house on 28.7.2024. 5.
