Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 126 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 325, 452, 504, 506, 308, 302 of I.P.C. , Police Station - Gulavathi, District - Bulandshahar, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant and 21 other named accused persons along with 2- 3 unknown persons are stated to have assaulted the informant and his family members thereby causing grievous injuries to seven persons in all whereby two of them are stated to have succumbed to the injuries sustained on 15.04.2024 at about 12 p.m. 5. The name of deceased persons are Ishak and Jameela and the injured persons are Shahanshah Alam
