The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Shravan Kumar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 93 of 2024, under Section 8/20/60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Naugarh, District- Chandauli. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 85.220 Kg. ganja alleged to be recovered from the vehicle in which the applicant was sitting with the co-accused. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is an admitted case of the prosecution that recovery has been shown from the joint possession of the accused persons.
