This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Asif Khan, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 313 of 2024, under Sections 87, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/4 of Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021, Police Station- Medical, District- Meerut.
